A name on the table does a lot of quiet work. Guests find their seat without asking, a panel looks like it was planned, and nobody spends the first ten minutes of a meeting squinting at a lanyard.
Three sizes
Place card, 3.5 x 2 in folded. The classic for weddings, showers, dinners and banquets: one name, one seat.
Table card, 5 x 3.5 in folded. Table numbers, reserved signs, a short menu or the labels on a buffet: bigger type, read from across the room.
Name tent, 11 x 4.25 in folded. Conferences, panels, boardrooms and classrooms: a name big enough to read from the back row.
How the card folds. Read this before you design
Every card is printed flat and folded across the middle into a tent. Design it with the card open flat, so the fold runs side to side through the middle. The bottom half is the front: put the name there the right way up. The top half is the back: leave it blank, or put the name there too, upside down. Once the card is folded, an upside down name reads the right way from the other side of the table.
Easier still: send just the front, at the folded size. We set up the fold for you and, as you pick under Back of the card, leave the back blank or repeat your front upside down so it reads from both sides.

A different name on every card
Send one PDF with a page for each card: 48 guests, 48 pages, each printed once, in order. One page prints on every card you order. Or pick We add the names from your list: send us the list and your design after you order (or let us keep it simple and clean), and we set every card and send you a proof first.
Thick, creased and folded
We print on 16 pt gloss cover, a thick card that stands up by itself and does not curl. Each sheet then goes through our Duplo, which cuts every card and presses a crease exactly where it folds, so the fold is crisp and straight instead of cracked. They come folded, ready to set out.
We proof before we print
Names are the one thing on a table people check twice. You get a proof of your cards before anything prints. Have someone who is not you read every name.
