Cookie policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar storage the Print 4K website uses.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. They let the site remember you between pages and visits.

2. Cookies we always use

These are needed for the site to work, so they cannot be turned off:

• p4k_c keeps you signed in to your customer account, for up to 60 days.
• p4k_s keeps Print 4K team members signed in to the team portals.
• p4k_o remembers orders you placed or opened from an email link in this browser, so you can see them without signing in.
• p4k_v connects the files you upload to your cart before you check out.
• Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, until you place the order.
• p4k_vs and p4k_src (browser storage, not cookies) remember where this visit and your first visit came from, for our visit counts. They hold only a source name such as "Google", never personal details.

3. Analytics and advertising

On our store pages, Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel set their own cookies to count visits, see which ads and searches lead to orders, and show our ads to people who visited:

• _ga and _ga_ followed by letters: Google Analytics, up to 2 years.
• _gcl_au and _gcl_aw: Google Ads, 90 days.
• _fbp and _fbc: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), 90 days.

They do not run on the team portals or the in store kiosk. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they do not load at all. You can also limit them in your Google and Meta ad settings, with Google's Analytics opt out browser add on, or by blocking third party cookies in your browser.

4. Controlling cookies

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. If you block the cookies in section 2, you will not be able to sign in, check out or open your orders.
