From ChatGPT to us
Save the picture from ChatGPT with its download button, not a screenshot: a screenshot has fewer pixels and prints softer. Then add it on the Photos page, or upload it on any product page. In the store, our kiosk takes it straight from your phone with a QR code.
Bigger than 8 x 10
A print looks sharp when the picture has enough pixels for every inch of it: about 120 for a good print and 200 for a great one. 11 x 14 needs about 1,320 x 1,680 pixels and 16 x 20 needs about 1,920 x 2,400 pixels. The ChatGPT app saves 1024 x 1536 even when you ask for more; OpenAI's tools for developers can make bigger pictures, and a bigger picture prints bigger.
