Print 4K ("we", "us") runs the website at print4k.com and the customer accounts, order pages and team tools that are part of it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

Orders and accounts: your name, email, phone number, company, shipping address, the files you upload, proof decisions, messages with the shop and your order history.
Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the payment status, amount and a Stripe reference.
Newsletter and contact form: your email address, and anything you write to us.

Information collected automatically

Your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
Small cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart and orders. See the cookie policy.
Visit counts: which pages are viewed each day and where visits come from (for example a search engine, a social site or an email link). These are daily totals with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. Your browser also remembers where you first came from, so an order can be credited to it.
Analytics and advertising tools on our store pages: Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel. They record the pages you view, the products you look at, what you add to your cart and completed orders with their totals, so we can see which ads and searches bring customers. They set their own cookies, listed in the cookie policy. Google's tag may also read the email address, phone number and address typed into our checkout and send them to Google in hashed (scrambled) form, to measure which ads lead to orders. We do not send them your files or card details. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they do not load.

2. How we use it

To check your files, send proofs, print, finish and hand off or ship your order.
To send order emails and, if you ask for them, text messages about proofs, pickup and tracking.
To email you sign in links and codes for your account.
To answer questions and provide support.
To send newsletters and offers when you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

3. Text messages

We only text you if you turn on text updates at checkout or in your account, or tell our team yes in the shop. Messages cover proofs, release codes for photo orders, ready for pickup and shipping. Message frequency varies with your orders, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Telnyx, the service that delivers our texts, gets your mobile number only to send you the texts you asked for. The full text message terms are in the text messages section of our terms.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

Stripe to process card payments.
Amazon Web Services to host the site and store files privately.
Brevo and Amazon Web Services to deliver our emails. The email service may record when an email is opened or a link in it is clicked.
Telnyx to deliver text messages you asked for.
UPS and other carriers to deliver shipped orders (name, address and phone).
Google and Meta for analytics and advertising: the store pages you view, products, cart and order totals, as described above.
Authorities when the law requires it.

All of the above excludes text message opt in data and consent: that information is not shared with any third parties.

5. Your files

Artwork and proofs are stored privately. Only you and the Print 4K team can open them. We keep them so you can reorder in one tap. Ask us any time and we will delete them.

Photos you send to, import at or scan at the print station in our store are kept privately for 90 days after your visit, so our team can reprint them or help with more services if you ask. Only Print 4K team members with their own PIN can open them, and every look is recorded. After 90 days they are deleted automatically. Ask us any time and we will delete them sooner.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your orders, reorders, and our tax and accounting records. Unused uploads that never became an order are deleted after 30 days.

7. Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Files are stored privately, team access is limited by role, and sign in links expire after 20 minutes. No method of sending or storing data is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, turn texts and emails on or off in your account, and opt out of marketing. Email contact@print4k.com or call (516) 866-1234 and we will help.

9. Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Visitors outside the United States

Information is stored and processed in the United States. Our email service may also process your email address and the emails we send you in the European Union.

11. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date at the top.
