Prices are for the same design on every card, before shipping and sales tax. New York sales tax applies to pickups and to orders shipped within New York. Personalized cards, with a different name or photo on each, add $25 to the order for the setup. A slot for a lanyard clip is punched at no charge.
How it works
- Send your card design, or your logo and colors and our design desk makes one (Design Services, from $69.00 an hour).
- Fill in the list: one row for each card, with the name, title or grade, ID number and the photo's file name.
- Put the list and the photos in one zip file and add it to your order, or email them to contact@print4k.com.
- We lay out every card and send you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- The cards are printed in house, ready 3 to 5 business days after you approve, for pickup in Elmont or shipped.
- New people later: order just their cards, with their rows and photos, on the same design.
- Download the list template: a spreadsheet with the columns ready, for Excel or Google Sheets.

Personalized cards printed on one side: 100 cards are $224.00 ($2.24 a card), 250 cards are $424.00 ($1.70 a card), 500 cards are $723.00 ($1.45 a card), the $25 setup included. Prices are before shipping and sales tax.
How do we add new people later?
Order just their cards, with their rows and photos, on the same design. The smallest order is 10 cards ($70.00 personalized).
How long do ID cards take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Pickup at 1399 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont is free.
Do you punch slots for lanyards?
Yes. A horizontal slot for a lanyard clip is punched at no extra charge.
