Write it once and get three copies. Every set is a white original, a yellow copy and a pink copy on carbonless paper: what you write on the top sheet shows up on the two below, with no carbon sheets to deal with. Hand the white copy to your customer and keep the yellow and pink for the office and the job file.
What comes in the box
Your forms arrive as loose 3 part sets, each one glued along the top edge so the sheets stay lined up while you write and peel apart cleanly afterwards. They come boxed, not bound into books or pads. Your design prints in full color on the front, the same on all three sheets.
Letter or half letter
8.5 x 11 in is the usual size for invoices, estimates, work orders and inspection forms. 8.5 x 5.5 in, half a letter page, suits receipts, delivery tickets, cash slips and short forms, and costs less.
Numbering
Add a number to every set, in black or red, so each invoice or ticket can be tracked and none go missing. Write the first number in Notes for the shop when you order and show us where it goes; we set up the numbers and show them on your proof.
Setting up your file
Make a one page PDF at the finished size, 8.5 x 11 in or 8.5 x 5.5 in, with no bleed. Keep all text and lines at least 1/8 in inside the edges and 1/4 in below the top edge, where the sets are glued.
