Shipping and returns
We print in Elmont, New York and ship across the United States. Pickup from the shop is always free.
Pickup
1399 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003. Mon to Sat, 9 AM to 5 PM. We email you, and text you if you asked, the moment your order is on the shelf. Bring your pickup code.
Shipping speeds and cost
Shipping is priced by the kind of item and where it goes. An order pays once for each kind of item in it, whatever the quantity. For example, business cards and a banner going to New Jersey by standard shipping cost $11.95 plus $28.95. Big items, below, pay for each piece.

Big items ship per piece
A-frames, banner stands, flags, backdrops, fabric walls, tents, boards over 24 x 36 in and prints 4 ft tall or more each ship in their own oversize box, so they pay for each piece. They go by standard shipping. To Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses they ship by quote: call (516) 866-1234.

Transit time is counted from when your job finishes production, not from when you order. Production time depends on the product and is shown on every product page. The tracking number lands in your account and your inbox the moment the box leaves the shop.
New York sales tax applies to pickups and to orders delivered in New York, shipping included. Orders shipped to other states are not charged New York sales tax.
Very large, heavy or rush shipments may need a quote. If you need it overnight, or shipping on a big order looks off, call (516) 866-1234. We can often ship flat instead of rolled, split a run, or quote freight.
Outside the United States
We do not ship internationally through the website. Pickup is always available, and if you need something sent abroad, get in touch and we will quote it.
Returns and reprints
Everything we make is printed to your specification, so custom work is not returnable as a matter of course.
If we got it wrong, we fix it. Wrong size, wrong stock, a printing defect or damage in transit: tell us within 7 days of delivery or pickup, send a photo, and we will reprint or refund.
If the supplied file was the problem, such as low resolution, wrong colors, a typo or missing bleed, we cannot absorb the reprint, because the press did exactly what the file asked. Our file check flags low resolution files before you order, and a person checks every file before your proof. Send your file early and we will check it for free.
Orders already in production cannot be cancelled or changed.
