Envelopes are included
One per invitation, in the box. It sounds obvious and a surprising number of online printers charge separately for them, so it is worth saying.
Use the back
Both sides are printed at no extra charge, and almost nobody uses the second one. It is the natural home for the things that otherwise crowd your front: directions, parking, timings, dress code, dietary requests, RSVP details.
Front sets the tone. Back does the admin. Trying to do both on one side is how invitations end up in 8pt type.
Paper
Standard is smooth, heavy and bright white. Photographs and bold color look excellent on it.
Premium linen (+$15 for the whole run) has a woven texture that registers in the hand before anyone reads a word. For a milestone birthday or a formal event it is fifteen dollars very well spent.
