The workhorse. Cheap per piece, fast to produce, and the thing you reach for when you need a hundred people to know something by the weekend.
Size changes behaviour, not just cost
8.5×11. The full sheet. Right for menus, class schedules, price lists, anything with real information on it. It is also the one people fold in half and lose.
5.5×8.5 (half). 40% less than the full sheet. It fits in a hand and a bag without folding, and in our experience people actually take them from a counter stack. If you are handing out at an event, this is the one.
4×6. Postcard size. Fits a mailbox, a pocket, a fridge door.
Gloss, matte, or something that survives
100lb Gloss makes photographs sing and has a slight sheen under strip lighting.
100lb Matte adds 45%, at least $26, and is easier on the eye if the flyer is mostly text. A paragraph on gloss under a fluorescent tube is genuinely harder to read.
