Most logo golf balls are pad printed, one color at a time, by a factory with a 12-dozen minimum and a three-week lead time. We print them here in Elmont, in full color, on the same flatbed that does our signage. Which means you can order one dozen for a member gift or twelve for a tournament, and either way it is the same process.
What direct UV printing gives you
Full color in one pass.
Gradients, photographs, multi-color crests. All fine. Pad printing charges per color; we do not.
The ink is cured on contact and bonds to the ball. It is not a decal and it will not peel at the edge.
No screen or plate charges, so a one-dozen order is not punished for being small.
We supply the balls. A good two-piece distance ball in white. You are buying finished, printed golf balls.
