A printed baseball is the end-of-season gift that actually gets kept. Not a plaque that goes in a drawer. A ball that sits on a shelf with a kid’s name on it.
Printed onto the leather, not stuck on it
The ball goes into a jig on our UV flatbed and the ink is laid directly onto the panel between the seams, curing on contact. It sits into the grain of the leather rather than on top of it, so there is no decal edge to catch a fingernail and nothing to peel.
Full color in a single pass. A crest with four colors costs the same as one with a single color.
What you get
We supply the balls: full-size synthetic leather with the traditional red stitching. These are display and presentation grade. They will not be hit in a game, and they are not meant to be.
The print sits on the flat panel between the seams, roughly two inches across. That is a generous area compared with a golf ball, but it is still curved, so keep artwork bold and text above 6pt. Player names, numbers, a season, a crest, a sponsor mark. All sit comfortably.
