If you are labelling more than a few dozen units, a roll is the answer. Sheets mean peeling one at a time and a sore thumb by unit forty. A roll feeds an applicator, or at least lets you pull the next one without hunting for a corner.
Tell us what applies them
Labels come wound on a 3 in core. If you are using a machine, tell us which one when you order. Wind direction and core size are not universal, and a roll that unwinds the wrong way is useless on an automatic applicator. Sixty seconds of information at order time saves a very annoying phone call later.
Applying by hand? Any wind is fine.
Finish
Gloss (included). Bright, high contrast, wipes clean. The standard for food, drink and retail packaging.
Matte (included). Low glare, takes a pen, and reads as more considered. Popular for artisan and small-batch products where the label should feel less mass-produced.
Clear (+$10). Transparent, for the no-label look on glass and clear containers.
