Blockout vinyl has a black layer inside, so light never shines through and the back of the banner never shows through the front. That makes it the right banner for double sided use: over a street, on a fence both sides can see, or hanging in a doorway.
Pick grommets every 2 ft all around, pole pockets for hanging on a pole, or no grommets. Single sided banners are hemmed on all four sides.
