Die cut means cut to your shape
After printing, a blade follows the outline of your design. You get each sticker on a backing sheet, cut so the sticker lifts and the backing stays flat: no scissors, no picking at a corner.
The size is the longest side
Because the cut follows your outline, the size you pick is the longest side of your shape, not a fixed square. A 3 x 3 in order on a wide logo gives you a sticker 3 in across and shorter than that.

Artwork that cuts well
Bold outlines, and nothing thinner than 1/8 in. We add a small white border around the cut line unless you say otherwise. Vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF with the shape as a path) is best; a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background works too.
